Cookie Policy
What cookies are, which ones we use, how long they last, and how you can change your mind. Request the same general checklist by email, or read the full policy below.
Effective date: May 12, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Kholvexxiohrexin.world (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies on kholvexxiohrexin.world (the “Site”). It is designed to align with U.S. state laws that require clear notice about online tracking (including California’s requirement to describe “sale” and “sharing” and to honor opt-out preference signals where applicable), the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) for Oregon residents, and the FTC’s expectation that material tracking practices be disclosed truthfully.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a web server. We also use local storage in your browser to remember your cookie choices. Pixels (clear GIFs or tags) may load with emails or pages if we enable certain analytics or marketing tools in the future. These technologies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a vendor whose tools we load).
2. Who is responsible?

3. Cookie categories used on this Site
Strictly necessary
These technologies are required for core functions such as displaying the cookie banner, storing your consent decision, load balancing, and security. They cannot be disabled through our banner because the Site would not operate reliably without them. Under California and other state laws, strictly necessary cookies generally are not subject to the same opt-out rules as analytics or advertising cookies.
Analytics
If you enable analytics, we or our vendors may set cookies to measure aggregate traffic (for example, which articles are viewed most often). Where required by law, we activate these tools only after you opt in through our banner.
Marketing
If you enable marketing, we or our vendors may set cookies that help measure campaigns or coordinate remarketing. This Site is primarily informational; if no marketing vendor is active, this category may remain unused. If we enable third-party advertising in the future, we will list representative partners in this Policy and provide opt-out tools consistent with U.S. state law.
4. Storage duration
Consent records stored in local storage may persist until you clear site data or withdraw consent through the cookie settings panel. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Analytics or marketing cookies, if used, may persist for the period shown in the vendor’s documentation (often up to 13 months).
5. Your choices: banner, browser, and industry tools
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer or the controls in our banner to adjust optional categories at any time. You may also delete or block cookies through your browser’s help menu.
For U.S. residents, many third-party advertisers participate in self-regulatory programs. You can learn more or opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. Opt-outs are stored in your browser and may not work across all devices.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser transmits an eligible GPC signal and our processing constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request to the extent required by law. Our current default is consent-based activation of non-essential cookies; you may still use GPC in addition to our banner. When GPC is on, our script may record a first-visit preference that keeps optional analytics and marketing cookies off, as described in the Privacy Policy (GPC section).
Do Not Track (DNT): There is no uniform industry standard for DNT. We prioritize the choices you make in our cookie banner and, where applicable, GPC.
6. United States state law summary
California: we describe cookies that may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of optional cookies through our banner.
Oregon (OCPA): Oregon residents may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling; optional analytics and marketing cookies may fall under definitions in the OCPA when enabled.
Other states: Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Texas, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may grant residents rights to opt out of targeted advertising and sales of personal data. Our “Reject” path in the banner declines optional analytics and marketing cookies.
7. GDPR and UK/EEA visitors
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, non-essential cookies and similar trackers require consent before activation. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
8. Updates
We may revise this Cookie Policy when technologies or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date and, where appropriate, a short notice on the Site.
